Behind the work
With nearly 10+ years of experience, Marcel is a results-driven professional with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, driving product development, improving operational efficiency, and creating impact in organizations.
As the Founder and Head of Product Operations at Diall, Inc, he built a mental health platform that made revenue gains through key partnerships and received upwards of $1M in venture capital funding. Additionally, in various capacities at Wellington Management, a $1T private asset management firm, he worked in Business Development to help grow and maintain investment opportunities with clients. He also worked closely with senior leaders to design strategies that enhanced the investment knowledge of 400+ sales professionals, and firm-wide diversity initiatives with stakeholders internally and externally.
